"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. Jim & Rob patiently shared their expertice. High recommend. A great experience."

"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"I needed a sump pump to be replaced in my basement. I don t know any plumbers. I went on home advisor and found three in my area. Ken of Price-less called me within minutes of my request ( 5:17 pm). We set an appointment for the next day at 8:00am. He came exactly at 8:00 am replaced the pump in a little over an hour and charged my less than he had quoted. So from problem to fixed in under 18 hours: I d call that service, efficiency and value, all to rare these days. Nothing but my highest recommendation for both Home advisors and Ken from Price-Less Plumbing and Drain."

"Walter (the owner), and his crew were amazing! From Walter's honest sales presentation to the final installation, everything was perfect! They went over and above to replace plumbing and the installation was meticulous! Walter offered great design ideas and his installers, (not sub-contractors) Igor and Val, were outstanding! They left everything perfectly clean! We believe the price was fair and the customer service was excellent as Walter kept us involved and communicated the timeline exactly as promised. They even cleaned up wall damage left by the previous contractor. We are extremely pleased with this very positive experience and highly recommend this superior company!"

"I just won a beautiful water heater from Legendary Service, and they were amazing. The installation was quick, easy, and clean. The owners came down personally to make sure everything went smoothly. Very nice people and I would definitely go to them for all my plumbing and heating needs!"
