"Paul was absolutely fantastic. I had a main sewer line clog backing up into my basement. Paul came out, knew exactly where to access the main line, and cleared the blockage quickly with professional equipment. He pulled out a ton of buildup and completely fixed the issue the right way — not just a temporary patch. On top of that, he was honest, explained everything clearly, and saved me over $400 compared to other plumbing companies told me I would’ve had to pay. "Aidrian is the best! I had an emergency leak late on a Sunday night and he came right out and fixed everything, game me advice on how to handle repairs and educated me on what to do in the future if that happens. I then had him come out another time to install a garbage disposal. He is so easy to contact, on time, clean, professional and gave me a far better price than anyone else quoted. "I was in desperate need of a plumber. I was doing a DIY remodel and had a strict deadline. Demo was done and I got to a point where I was not experienced or confident enough to do. "The installers were on site when promised by Bath Planet. The installers answered all concerns my wife and I had and the project went well. The installers were professional and were able to finish the project in one day . This included floor, wall and plumbing work before installing the finished product. He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. "They are good and prompt, but expensive. Project, replace toilet wax ring. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."
