"Matt was awesome. Arrived early & explained every part of repair. Will be our plumber from here forward!"

"We had Kelton & Bobby as our service team. After owning 6 homes and 3 different restaurant businesses and needing plumbing help on multiple occasions. These two by far, were the most well-groomed and polite plumbers we ever had. They were absolutely the most informative and helpful with our situation than all others combined, we have used plumbing services locally and nationwide. You will get honest options and excellent work for your situation, if you use the camera option you will fully understand and see what their suggestions are about. As well, as the recommendations to rectify any possible future issues, you may possibly experience. We cannot imagine that these two are the only two like this with this company, which speaks volumes for The Plumbing Authority as a company. This tells us that the company takes care of their people and shows a fantastic work/customer-service culture. That Kelton & Bobby demonstrates with pride, so well. These guys actually work for you with doing the best job possible on the situation you are in, which tells you they are not just punching a time card and actually take pride in the work they do for you. We will never even consider using another company in this area again."

"From the moment Kelton Balka contacted me on the phone, he was extremely professional and courteous, and that continued when I met him in person. He was pleasant, informative, and extremely knowledgeable for appearing so young. (Master Plumber.) He explained the process gave me several quotes as to the work I needed done, and his recommendation on other items he thought could be fixed; however, he was never pushy. He did an excellent job, was quick and thorough. I will definitely call Tennessee Standard should I have any other plumbing issues and will personally ask for Kelton to perform my work."

"I can’t say enough good things about SMK Plumbing, especially Brandon and Zack! They were truly a godsend when we needed plumbing help. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us. They went above and beyond to get the job done right, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. They were aware of our situation and handled it with such compassion and generosity. We are beyond grateful for their hard work, honesty, and kindness. SMK Plumbing is definitely a company you can trust, and Brandon and Zack are two people who truly deserve to be recognized for the way they treat their customers. We would absolutely recommend SMK plumbing to anyone."
