"A.J. Perri tech came to our home to repair leaky 3rd floor shower which was coming through the ceiling of the 2nd floor. Based on the estimate of 2 previous plumbers and the hard-to-reach nature of the job, we were worried. But unlike the prior estimates, the tech confidently and quickly assessed a loose shower drain. He had it repaired in 10 minutes and was very reasonable in the charge. It's still leak-free a month later."

"Robert first came out to my house to fix a really bad clogged drain in our kitchen. He also came when it was convenient for us after work for both myself and my wife. He guarantees his work for 30 days with a clogged drain, well he ended up coming back yesterday and he came when he said he would and he completely fixed the problem. he was very professional and honest and didn't charge me for coming back to fix the issue. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

"QNC HVAC was extremely responsive. The guys came over within an hour of me calling them. They had the proper tools and knowledge of the work required. They executed the work quickly and efficiently and offered additional service which at this time we did not order. The blockage was found removed and the guys cleaned up the area and left on great terms. I would call QNC again if I had a plumbing issue."
