He gave me the owner Joe Skinner number. I called immediately. Joe and I spoke he told me he can come out the next day. Joe came out spoke with my husband and I. He walked my property and told me we can install your septic system and run waterlines for my husband man cave. Upon him leaving he said I’ll have your quote in an hour.
