Mr. Clapp had to drive back to Honolulu, from Kaneohe, to pick up an industrial quality Fill-Valve with brass threading as The original part did not work with the Washlet fittings. He also wanted to make sure there would be no future leaks. I am an owner builder and have dealt with all facets of construction tradesmen work and I know how unusual circumstances can get the best of you. Mr. Clapp and his assistant were calm, courteous, professional and did a superb job. They were able to complete the on site job under an hour considering the interruption to pick up parts. Rest assured, I will use this Company for future plumbing needs."
