"I recently hired Jay for some small plumbing repairs. I needed a garbage disposal installed and a leaking toilet repaired. "Had a toilet overflow badly. Minor damage to the bathroom floor, 1st floor ceiling and basement ceiling. Used Angie's app to call a plumber immediately. Ken Kaiser called back within a of minute and he fixed the problem 1 1/2 hours later. 5 stars for speed! "After confirming he could come back and perform the job, Rob called in advance and came and got it done in a day. Our floor was rotted under and around the toilet after experiencing a minor flood. He did beyond what I thought was needed for the fix by reinforcing the existing joists, waterproofing w/ water guard overlayment then adding another layer of lauan. It was a "small" job for Rob but a "big"deal to us. The area around the toilet is now stronger than it was even before the flooding occurred w/ pictures to prove it! I'd say we were not only satisfied with the work, but moreso by his accommodating since he was booked up and managed to "squeeze us in". You can't take that for granted, and we certainly don't. Thanks and great work Rob Bowdish!!"
