"Corey, the owner of Lee’s Plumbing, saw my request - on a Friday night - on Angie’s List, and he texted me! Asked me to call him. He said he could check out our water heater, which was very old and leaking, and came by the next morning. Corey was SO nice and helpful and communicative! He advised us that a 50 gallon tank was plenty for our household of 4 (we had a 75 gal) and that he could install it early the next week. Corey came by on Saturday morning, gave us a written quote for our home warranty company, and we settled on an install on Monday. Corey showed up Monday, right on time with a new water heater and a smile on his face! He brought a helper to get out our old 70-gallon tank up the stairs. In no time at all, the new heater was installed and the old, leaking tank was hauled away. Corey completely cleaned up the wet basement and solved our problem in no time! "Very professional people working for this business... from the salesperson who came to explain the whole process to the installer. The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. "Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"This was on a Sunday afternoon. While attempting to repair our toilet the supply line valve broke off. Water everywhere! Had to shut off the Main so no water to the entire house! We called three "24/7" plumbing services and no one was available. One suggested we call T&J. While we did have to wait they were able to call someone in to come out. He arrived, had to locate parts for our older plumbing and go pick them up. Got it replaced and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and would use again!"
