I went on Angie’s list looking for a reasonably and reliable plumber who could give me a free estimate coming into my home to diagnose the problem.I received a quick phone call from Ryan from Pipe Dreams Plumbing wanting to assist as quickly as possible. He showed up at my door within 15 minutes. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue fast.He explained everything clearly so we understood what needed to be done. He scheduled the service very quickly. Showed up on time, Removed our hot water heater and replaced with a brand new one. Completed the work efficiently , and my hot water is working perfectly again. He was very respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. From the initial consultation to final walkthrough everything went smoothly and pretty seamlessly. Erkay is a fabulous project manager and was available onsite daily to assist Ismar and team as well as field any questions (even by text). Ismar and his team tackled everything from demo, tub installation, tile, plumbing, countertop installation, cabinet installation, hardware installation PERFECTLY. Those are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. I was impressed daily. Everything turned out amazing, we can’t wait to have them back to do another bathroom. Highly recommend.
