Zoom offered to come out the same day. The technician was as professional as I could expect and made sure to solve the problem to our satisfaction. Now, I know, if you have a clogged sewer line, call Tommy rather than a plumber. Many plumbers do not have the proper equipment. Most likely the fix will be delayed until you can find someone that does have the equipment. Call Tommy to avoid the delay. With a clogged sewer line, any delay is NOT good.
