"As with all home improvement projects, you're going to run into unseen problems. Tom had to move a dishwasher, a dryer and washing machine. He noticed that the dryer vent was installed incorrectly and there was an electrical issue with the dishwasher. He fixed all that. He didn't have to be concerned about any of that, but he genuinely was concerned.
These are busy guys and I can see why. They came out immediately to look at the project. They gave me an estimate as to when they could do the job, and they called every week with an update. Very reassuring.
They are kind and very professional. I already have another project for them. Can't wait. It truly has been a wonderful experience. You hear so much negative crap about contractors and scam artists these days, it is SO refreshing to come across a company like this!!!!

"I made the appointment right from Angie's List e-mail, and Bill (the owner) returned my call within a few hours.  He came out that day and gave us an estimate and told us he could begin within 2 days. The two workers arrived promptly at 8:30, and Bill was there at the start of the job.  On the first day they did the powerwashing and a coating to fill in all of the pitting.  They left around 3:00 so that the work could dry before proceeding with sanding and applying the epoxy.  They left the area in great order, and set up a time (8:30) to come the next day. Later, Bill called to change the time to 9:00, and they arrived on time, began work and finished at 2:00.  Bill was there at the beginning of the day and the end.  In addition, outside the back door of the garage was a small section of concrete walkway that was pitted.  Bill filled that for us also as part of the job with no extra charge.
The work looks great and we definitely will use this company for additional work. SECOND JOB: He was very professional and on time. The guys that did the work cleaned up after themselves. Everything worked out very well and would not hesitate to reach out to him again for additional work"

"Ray and the team did a great job on our project. Ray always replied promptly, was upfront on scheduling and completed the job as promised. Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stain stripping process and patiently worked with us to trial 4 stain colors before finding the perfect product for the re-staining work. The crew was careful not to cause unnecessary damage and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The stripping work was very labor intensive, but the crew stuck with it, and we are very happy with the finished product. Our log home is 'beautiful' again. "They were very prompt in responding to the estimate, I was not in a hurry to have it done, as long as it was completed by the end of the season.  It took a few weeks to get a confirmed date, then he came on a Saturday and completed the job in one day, and cleaned up after himself.  Very nice and professional, would recommend.
