"The sales person that came to our house was a very typical sales person and definitely not a designer. That worked in our favor, because we had already made choices on what we wanted. The project manager (Michael Gross) and the master installer (Jim Kesterson) were great to work with. Area's around our kitchen were protected, the work area was cleaned everyday. Jim was on time everyday, and kept us informed on his comings and goings. The project took two weeks and Michael came to inspect the work being done at least 5 times. JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. They kept the interior of the house clean and even worked around our child's naptimes. We are VERY happy with our new windows.
