Dennis Nagel and his crew did a fantastic job stripping wallpaper, sanding the many coats of paint off the woodwork and patching all the large cracks in the ceilings. The finished walls and ceilings are flawless. Dennis recommended paint colors, repainted the entire house and it is transformed and beautiful. They worked long days, during very hot weather, without air conditioning in the house. Dennis has a strong work ethic and takes pride in what he does. "I recently hired AM Spraypainting and Ernesto to paint the exterior of my 1904 three-story cedar sided house. Their quoted amount was about in the middle of the pack. They did an excellent job scraping, repairing rotted wood, caulking, and priming. They did an excellent job applying the paint and painting the trim. There are a lot of companies out there that want to charge exorbitant prices, but I don’t think they would provide as good of a paint job, and likely not as good. In fact, my neighbor paid more for another company and did not get nearly as thorough of a job. I’ve had several neighbors comment on how good it looks and ask for Ernesto’s number. In addition, the communication was excellent, the people were polite and cleaned up, and they got the whole job done in about two weeks. I highly recommend!"

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."
