"The person that did the work was careful and efficient. We are very happy with the end result. It looks like new. The odor from the coating was pretty strong and took a few days to clear from our bathroom because the bathroom does not have a window that opens If we had been able to open a window in the bathroom the odor would probably have dissipated faster."

"My wrought Iron fence had a lot of rust. It is 60ft in length. I called a couple companies (including the company that originally installed it). They stated they would need to take the fence down to have it sand blasted. I didn't want to do that since I was worried about the re-installation due to the type of pavers that it is bolted into. I found Mobile Arc who was willing to do the work in place. They did a fantastic job and the fence looks like knew. Kyle was very conscientious and great to work with. I would highly recommend him for this type of work. Not only does it look like new, but it was accomplished for a fraction of what the other companies were wanting to charge. I would definitely hire him again."

"Don’t leave review too often but very pleased with CMC. Looking for large painting job throughout home. Tried multiple quotes. Couple with no response. CMC quick to respond and quote came in the lowest and included the paint. Scheduled us quick, showed up when they said they would. Paint job was excellent. On top of this, paint company mixed the wrong color and tint was very slightly off in our tall entryway and stairs. You could hardly tell and most wouldn’t notice but Mikes team came out and made it right. Brought all the ladders and equipment out again to repaint that room for us. Won’t use anyone else for paint going forward."

We did the job on our own in the end, so we didn't end up using them. It was a little on the high side from what we were expecting on laminate flooring, but the guy was very professional and showed up on time and has a lot of experience himself. We just ended up hiring someone from craigslist to help us out. We would definitely use him in the future if we are not tight on the money.

"First, Sistaz-n-action cleans my home meticulously every time!  I'm extremely satisfied with their cleaning services.  However. my  primary reason for writing this review is to give them a 2-thumb's up for the redecorating work Joi did to my home!! With a very limited budget and by repurposing items I already own Joi took me from unfinished, dated and blah to OMG BLAM!...BLAMBLAM!  Seriously though, I had a vision of what I wanted and was trying to achieve and Joi hit the nail on the head every time.  Everything from paint colors to pillows and accessories to window coverings was my vision, not hers, and it was perfect.  I hope this isn't a trade secret but I loved coming home to doors that were closed, indicating some decorating wonderfulness had happened on the other side!  Great job Sistaz-n-action.  I would definitely recommend Joi...for cleaning AND redecorating.

"He did a nice job but did not bring all of his own equipment. (i.e. he used our shopvac.) There is a place we had patched and he said 2 thick coats of paint would cover it completely. They did not and the patch is visible. There was another place where you can see drips in the dried paint. He was very personable. He painted two coats in one day as it was a one-day deal. This is perhaps not optimal since the coats needed to dry in between."
