"I contacted approximately 10 different companies through Angie's List to obtain an estimate for painting.  In addition, I should also note that I needed the company to commit to start and finish the job within several days of my inquiry.  Joe was the first of the 10 companies to respond to my inquiry and I set up an appointment for the next day... Memorial Day.  Joe was prompt, courteous, and very professional.  We discussed my needs and he confirmed that he could start the job the very next day.  Before the end of the day I received a written estimate and agreed to move forward with the painting.
