This was for some work back in April---I tried to post a review back then and the computer froze and lost everything I'd written. I've since forgotten the small details of the job, but remember we couldn't fully turn water off in the tub and it was leaking out fast enough that I had to turn off the water for the whole house so it wouldn't overwhelm the septic tank. They got out on the day I called and took care of it. They were much cheaper than the plumber I used in the past and responded quickly. The next time I need a plumber, I'm definitely calling Keith the Plumber."

"They were very professional and courteous. They came out on Monday to give me an estimate and then came back the next morning to do the work. I've been in the house since 1986 and had never had a reason to locate the septic tank, so it took a bit to uncover/discover just where it was. After locating and uncovering the tank they dug the new trenches to lay the new drain. Once that was done and the trenches covered the cleaning truck began there work. It took quite a while for them to drain it, as it was full to the TOP. This is the first time to my knowledge it has ever been cleaned out, so that would be at least 31 years. Thanks so much for all the help and completing the job so quickly and efficiently."

First let me say that Meeks are very professional.  When I set the appointment, the receptionist was extremely nice.. She gave me detail of the service and what to expect. She informed me that there would be a call thirty minutes before the appointment. Her details including pricing of expected and unexpected.  We did received a call exactly as she mention. I was not able to be home, however my spouse informed me of every detail.  He said that all was very nice and professional, Robert, Michael and Jason . Not only did they do such a great job, but they explained to  him of every detail of the job.  After the completion they allowed him to take pictures so that he could show me once I got home. Now that tells me that they are very sure of their work and have no hidden flaws to hide. Oh most important, they informed him how the transition would take place with the settling of the dirt in time. Not only was this company a pleasure to work with a discount was given because we used the Angie List Services. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family that need Septic services.
