"I live in Apollo Beach and had a sprinkler pump that had stopped working. I called the people that installed the pump. It was about 5 years old. They told me that I needed a new pump and that the pump I had was not the correct one (even though their company installed it).That a new 40' line from the well to the pump was needed. They quoted me $3500. I knew better. I called Bay Area Pump and Well Service right here in Apollo Beach. Wesley Carter and his son came out right on time. They diagnosed the problem as a bad check valve at the well connection and replaced it. They also cleaned out my jet pump and redid the input plumbing into the pump. Installed a ball valve. He explained to me why and how the pump malfunctioned and what he did. They were respectful, courteous and professional. Their charge for parts and service was $200 that included a service charge. They saved me a lot of money. They will be recommended to my family and friends if they need this service.They are honest and reliable."

"We have had nothing but problems with our plumbing in this house, everything the builders could cut corners on they did. It was very stress relieving to have a plumber come in who new just how to fix our toilet issues. 
 Due to uneven  tiles our flange cracked down the side, crackling our toilet and creating a bathroom mess no Holiday host wants to contend with. We called five plumbers on Angies List, Mr. Flynn (a master plumber) was the first to respond. He gave us an estimate over the phone as we pulled the toilet, knew exactly what was wrong, and were able to text him pictures of the flange. I received a quote of almost twice his quote ($249 and $315) from other plumbers. 
Mr. Flynn arrived prompt at 7 a.m. this morning per our scheduled visit. He went above and beyond our expectations. This is a man that truly takes pride in craftsmanship and customer service. He removed the old Flange in a matter of minutes, without damaging the rest of the piping saving us from that repair cost. After installing the new flange, he then volunteered to help my husband place our new toilet and showed him some tips and tricks to placing the wax ring on the flange and the bowl on the ring. He even caulked the toilet down for us.
His expertise  work ethic, and personality combined really made the transaction seamless. I couldn't recommend a better plumber. I won't even consider calling another one in the future.

"After my last experience the owner of the franchise reached out to me to resolve the issue. He was extremely professional and polite, as well as apologetic, I was left with the impression that he truly cared. Service was dispatched within 48 hours (at no cost to me) and was extremely professional and competent. They completely disassembled the unit and throughly cleaned and replaced all non functioning parts. The unit now appears to be functioning properly and I have a high level of confidence that if there are any other issues they will be addressed in the same manner as this issue. It is unfortunate that it took a bad review to get the issue resolved, however, I am satisfied that my experience was not the norm for this business and that my future experience with them will be similar to this example."
