Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Apex, NC

"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. The problem was found and repaired the same day. The pricing was fair and well worth it. I would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for future septic needs and concerns."

"Septic system was full and back flowing into the basement. These guys came out within a day, located the tanks within minutes, found the problem and came up with a solution! They came by a couple times afterwards just to check the area and make sure everything was still draining properly. Very prompt and professional! Great job guys!"

"If you can ever have a problem with your septic system this is who to call. Apollo Came out on the 4th of July to resolve my problem.n Apollo was the most knowledgeable, professional and personal individual that I have encountered in a long time. I would rate this businessat 10 stars ."

"Bennie and his helper(s) are wonderful, specifically, I am impressed with how quick Bennie responded to my request and also promptness in same day eval and repair ( within hours of my request send). There is an immense display of knowledge and expertise and I appreciate the fact that he is honest and cuts to the chase of the root cause and applicable repairs needed. I also felt that I was not taken advantage of price-wise and in fact, he took a step outside the typical sales pitch box while having the intent to fix my issue to save me money as opposed to proposing unnecessary things I need with the intent to pile onto the bottom line cost. Bennie is honest, caring, knowledgeable with a quick turn-around time within the entire process from requesting quote to repair and I will be contacting Bennie again whenever needed. 10 stars!! I highly recommend Bennie Bittle and team for well/water"

"Tim Leonard was quick to respond to my request for help to get the water flowing again when the pipes froze during the bitter cold we've been experiencing. He found the problem and had water moving through the pipes within about 20 minutes."

"They worked under extremely trying conditions, in the rain, in the mud. Never took breaks and held to their estimate of pricing. Well pleased."

"The contractor was quick to respond and the repair was professionally done. Along with this repair I asked about options to add a water softener; he suggested the most expensive option. Only when I stated that this option was out of my price range did he suggest that their were options that were probably better suited to my needs. The repairs were professionally done, but I was left feeling like I had just dealt with a pushy salesman."
