(Not an emergency) Come to find out, the filter was too small and was inserted in between the pipe when it should have been mounted to the wall. (Made a lot more sense that way) Dave's guys installed the correct size filter, redid the piping and inserted shut off valve which was missing before, in an hour and a half. Very nice work!
