He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."

It went great.  John and Jeff spent at least an hour snaking the drain.  I had tried to do it myself and couldn't get past the blockage.  Thank goodness I called them - they had to go another way through a different pipe. I could have snaked for the next year and never gotten it cleared.  I would have never known to go that way.

They also told me preventative measures and what to do with the shower to eliminate the germs.  Money well spent.
