"Satisfied with the service for my septic and the price was rite. Will definitely work with these guys in the future."

"Very professional, did an excellent job installing both well pump and tank. I would hire Don again, as a matter of fact they have to come back and install a pitless valve the is leaking. unfortunately I built a deck over the well and have to hand dig around the the well so he can get at it. Lesson learned the hard way."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"We were walked through the products and installation as well as the benefits of a heat pump. The install was done in one day. Very quick and efficient. We've had the units running for about a month and they are awesome. We're very happy with our decision."

"Not clear understanding about septic pump"

"My water stopped running. I panicked. I called The Pump Works. Arron told me over the phone to turn my breaker for the well pump and the water pump of for one hour to see if the problem would correct itself. It didn't. Arron came fast and he was very professional and knowledgeable about my well pump. We have water again. Great Job!"
