"This was the 1st time using this G-septic as the other company we have used in the past appears to not be in business anymore. Was thoroughly impressed by the services we received, we had them pump our tank and after they finished they noticed my main pipe entering the tank was cracked. They were able to not only let us know of the need for a repair but gave us a price to fix it. He dug out the trench and quickly fixed it at a very very reasonable price. Super pleased, had a great conversation with Edgar the owner while he was onsite turns out this man who looks to be in his late 20's has been doing this work for 20 years and boy you can tell, he is so knowledgeable, sure glad we stumbled upon him when we Google searched septic pumpers."

"Our home had a septic system that was illegally installed using cheap thin wall PVC that collapsed when the fill dirt covered the trench. Over time, the system backed up and would not drain properly. The initial plan was to replace the cheap PVC from the tank to the distribution box with SDR17, however we found the line to be over 5 feet deep, (it was a long run) which means the leach field had to be as deep or deeper.....John analyzed the existing system and decided there was no way to make it work, while at the same time meeting code. He came up with a plan to build a new system on the other side of the property where there was adequate room for a "D" box and leach lines. I was and am very impressed with John's work ethic, and that goes for the men that worked on our system - HARD workers all.......and watching Robert operate the excavator was artistry in motion. "They removed an old tank water heater and installed a tankless water heater and also a water softener/whole house water filter. They did an amazing job! The units were installed in my garage and looks extremely neat, clean and aesthetically pleasing. These guys obviously take pride in their work and I would highly recommend hiring them. "Overall, I was pleased with the result. The scheduling of the initial estimate and the start of the work were not smooth. The estimator missed the original appointment. Later, once I sent my deposit for the work in, I there was no communication for quite some time from anyone. I had to call and ask when they would be coming to do the work. I also had to persuade them to install the Thermal Dry tile, which they initially did not want to do, as they had no experience with it. They did not order enough of the tile, which delayed the job. However, the installers, once they got started, in particular Daniel, were very professional and punctual. My house was recently on a neighborhood Home Tour and half a dozen people wanted to know about the Thermal Dry tiles for possible installation in their own basements. I wouldn't be surprised if that product starts being in high demand."

John came out and accessed the the situation and based on faulty drawings I supplied, he gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed to the figure. When he discovered that the drawings were wrong and he only had to dig up 5 feet (not 14) between the septic tank and the seep box he lowered his estimate.
