"I live in Apollo Beach and had a sprinkler pump that had stopped working. I called the people that installed the pump. It was about 5 years old. They told me that I needed a new pump and that the pump I had was not the correct one (even though their company installed it). That a new 40' line from the well to the pump was needed. They quoted me $3500. I knew better. I called Bay Area Pump and Well Service right here in Apollo Beach. Wesley Carter and his son came out right on time. They diagnosed the problem as a bad check valve at the well connection and replaced it. They also cleaned out my jet pump and redid the input plumbing into the pump. Installed a ball valve. He explained to me why and how the pump malfunctioned and what he did. They were respectful, courteous and professional. Their charge for parts and service was $200 that included a service charge. They saved me a lot of money. They will be recommended to my family and friends if they need this service. They are honest and reliable."

"Friendly, affordable, and efficient! Of the 3 companies I got estimates from they were the only ones who took the time to assess my property. They determined my property's water table, location of my and my neighbors wells. No one else bothered to do this. Based off of their assessment they suggested an above ground drain field and were the only ones to suggest that. Definitely glad I went with Gulf Coast Septic and I would definitely recommend them"

"Matthew and his assistant were very nice and friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion . Septic system is working great!"

"Another great experience with Vanguard. My main water line to the house sprung a leak at 2pm on a Saturday. I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! I explained that I could wait until Monday, but he insisted, and was there in a hour, and had it fixed 45min later. Thank you David! And if you are looking for a plumber, don’t go anywhere else!"

"The young man was very professional and informative. A job well done 👏"

"Yes. He Came Within 24 Hours And Pumped The Tank. Then He Offered Another Solution To Help Me In The Future."

"Did the job in 2 hrs time after the diagnosis. Could have done a better cleanup around the installed pump and tank. Nothing big that I couldâ not do my self though."

"They made every effort to be prompt and on time and kept me up to date on their arrival. Were friendly and happy to answer questions. Made repairs quickly and verified everything working and no leaks before leaving. Would definitely recommend"

"REPLACED WELL PUMP COMPONENTS: Wow... they actually call when they're running behind. That alone is worth 5 stars these days LOL. But the truth is that they come when they say they'll come and the work gets done right. Good work doesn't always come cheap but I'd rather have it done right the first time and with cheerful attitudes (even after a long day). Great Job and keep up the fantastic work."

"It didn't happen they said they would have to push me off a day because of weather don't know why weather was sunny. Spring Hill septic pumped me out same day one hour after Jimmy's postponed me."
