"Company was punctual and professional and did a great job. They scheduled me very quickly. This was for some work back in April---I tried to post a review back then and the computer froze and lost everything I'd written. I've since forgotten the small details of the job, but remember we couldn't fully turn water off in the tub and it was leaking out fast enough that I had to turn off the water for the whole house so it wouldn't overwhelm the septic tank. They got out on the day I called and took care of it. They were much cheaper than the plumber I used in the past and responded quickly. The next time I need a plumber, I'm definitely calling Keith the Plumber."

"I had a booger of a job because of the type of hot water tank that had to be replaced; but the installation went well. Jim did a great job and was very thorough. He also provided a great deal of needed information. After finishing the job, he informed me of a rebate that i would be getting...what a nice surprise! "It went very well. The 2 men (sorry I don't know their names) that replaced the pump were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They replaced the pump efficiently and explained everything clearly to my husband. They replaced the dirt and it didn't look like anything had been disturbed. On Monday two different men came to pump the septic tank. Again they were very professional and did a great job. They were also very knowledgeable. After they finished they cleaned up our drive-way and put everything back the way it was before. I would highly recommend their service. The pump out cost may have been a bit high, but my husband and I feel their work ethic was worth any extra cost."

"Overall it went well. The next day they had a track hoe delivered to the home and started looking for the line in the back yard. They found it fairly quickly and opened up the hole and cut the line in the hole to at least allow us to flush the toilets and use showers. They took 2 more days to reconnect us to the sewer main. Overall it went pretty well and he charged me exactly what he estimated on Monday. My only hesitation was that I didn't have time to get 3 bids but that would have probably added another week to the schedule. Not much I could do though under the circumstances. He didn't try to gouge me after it took an extra day to complete. They arrived early on the last 2 days to complete as quickly as they could once the rented equipment was on site. Overall I am pleased and thought Adam and his partner were very ice and professional. I work in the engineering and construction business and understand there is not much certainty in underground work."
