"First off - he called me very quickly after I submitted my request thru Service Magic- he is the ONLY one of the three to call. We had a 9 o'clock appointment and at 9.05 Malcolm called to say he was running late. I appreciated not being left hanging - When he got here, he was friendly and went to work snaking my sewer drain and though the project was a bit bigger than he expected he stuck to his original estimate.
