Paul redeemed himself via attitude and experience; I rated him very well with Cellino's review system. Received a call from prompt service technician advising me that I should replace BOTH of my HWTs at $1400 plus EACH. His sales training was horrible as he offered no alternatives (as Paul did) and actually sounded almost "bullying" in his approach. He had terrible answers to questions/comments.
