"Bill (owner) came out, thoroughly inspected my current water softener and well, did water testing. He asked me some questions about what I wanted out of my water (I'm in the Acreage - sulfur and iron is high) and did a good job with the initial visit. He was knowledgeable.
I thought he was honest, did not try to sell me anything over what I needed and was not high pressure. The new water softener is just out of my price range at this point. I would contact him when I'm ready to purchase.
One thing is that he did not offer to fix the current unit, (its old) where another company did offer to do that as a more affordable option.
