"I want to start by saying, I don't review a lot of companies. But seeing how the reviews are what led me to going with Earthworks solutions and the stress free install they did for me, I want to say, that if you are looking for a septic install of any kind, you don't need to look any further. Pavel, Ed, Dennis and their crew were on point. My septic replacement went as well as I could expect. Pavel was my initial contact. I made him aware that out of all the bids I had, I was going with them. Earthworks Solutions was my most expensive bid. But after doing research through reviews like these, I believe it was one of those, "pay for what you get" type deals. And I believe I chose well. The cost was very high for this project. But if we were going to pay this kind of money, I definitely wanted the best team there was. I researched as much as I could. I met with multiple septic companies. One of the biggest factors for us was making sure we could move into our first home on time. Pavel assured me, that once the permits were good to go, it would not take Earthworks Solutions very much time and that we would indeed be able to move in on time. Permits getting recorded (new to me) felt like multiple hoops to jump through but it was helpful to be able to reach out to Pavel to see where we were at. Ed was my next contact to get started. They brought out their excavator and went to work. I worked with Dennis to finish up the project. These guys were awesome! I asked them all kinds of questions about the septic but also my property and what I could do to make it even better. They were kind and listened which I think is rare. But they were also knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The contracted price on their first bid was the contracted price I paid plus tax. And they went above and beyond by making sure I had the best tanks I could get. They also took extra time to move the remaining dirt pile to where I wanted it. I can't speak for other septic companies. But I can say that I don't need another septic company for as long as I live in this area. "We had our septic tank pumped & inspected by a large well known company. They told us we had to replace our D box because water was coming back with the test. They didn't even dig up the D box. They gave us a bid for almost $5,000. We decided to save money & dig it up ourselves & see if it was plugged & then we could fix it & have it re-tested. We dug it up & saw it was crushed. We called Alpha Bravo Septic for a bid. I was very shocked to hear him say it would be a tiny fraction of what we were quoted by the first co. When Alpha Bravo arrived he went right to work, he discovered the problem (MUCH bigger problem). Told us exactly what needed to be done & how long it would take & how much it would cost. His price was still a tiny fraction of the first companies quote (keep in mind they only quoted for D box, I guarantee you had they known what all was wrong it would have easily been over $20,000). Needless to say we passed the inspection & now the new home owners can enjoy a perfectly operating septic system. Alpha Bravo made this whole experience so much less painful & MUCH easier on the pocket book. He was very respetful, honest, a hard worker & did an awesome job. Do yourself a favor have Alpha Bravo come out when you need septic service."

"We got our working tank water heater replaced, it was 14 years old so about end of life. Due to COVID they asked for photos via text message, gave quote for exact product, suggested that expansion tank is on wrong side (we never knew), came on time, got the products, fixed the expansion tank and were done in less than 2 hours. Asked to clear the garage, maintained social distance, job perfectly done."
