"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"The crew were very nice and personable, but the job ended up costing a little more than twice what was quoted over the phone. This is understandable, however, because our septic tank was 100% full. The only problem I had was that the person who, I assume, was in charge mentioned a problem we may have in the future because of our drain line and threw out a price to have that cleaned out as well. I discussed it with my wife, but before I could get more details about the issue, he, apparently, was called away to another job. The guys left behind finished up, were very polite, documented all that they did, and cleaned up after themselves. It was not a bad experience at all, and I will most likely use them again to deal with our drain line issue. I'll just be more forthcoming with questions in the future."

There is an immense display of knowledge and expertise and I appreciate the fact that he is honest and cuts to the chase of the root cause and applicable repairs needed. I also felt that I was not taken advantage of price-wise and in fact, he took a step outside the typical sales pitch box while having the intent to fix my issue to save me money as opposed to proposing unnecessary things I need with the intent to pile onto the bottom line cost. "I had Tim provide me with an estimate for tank and tankless water heater. Got the estimate and picked a tankless option only for the company to get mixed up and install the wrong device. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."

Our 20 year old hot water heater started leaking on Sunday night (not an immediate emergency, but something we wanted addressed soon) and they came out Monday morning to check it out. He happily answered all my questions and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
