"First appointment (with Paul) went well, though I was initially put off by their aggressive sales tactics. Paul redeemed himself via attitude and experience; I rated him very well with Cellino's review system. Then, 3 days later I called for additional service as my tenants reported being out of hot water. Received a call from prompt service technician advising me that I should replace BOTH of my HWTs at $1400 plus EACH. His sales training was horrible as he offered no alternatives (as Paul did) and actually sounded almost "bullying" in his approach. He had terrible answers to questions/comments. I told him to forget about the call."

"I thought I would have to replace the well pressure tank due to age, but Todd said it was fine and just made some minor adjustments to increase the water pressure for the entire house. He could have put in a new tank and I wouldn't have known the difference other than an extra $500"

"It went well. He helped me get the vanity into the house from my car and then removed the old one and replace it with my new one. He did a great job. It was 'pricey' for me, but then I have not ever had to pay a plumber in the past - because friends and family did jobs for me before. The installation of the new vanity cost more than I paid for the vanity top at home depot. But I could not have done it. AND, he showed me the stopped up drain, with about five years of hair! I could not believe it! Now, it works great!"

Also, noticed out of code connection and fixed it and few extra details on the exhausts for the furnace and hot water tank while on site at very reasonable cost. I would certainly use them again and plan on doing so when we add new wash tubs and bathtub this summer. Very professional at all times."
