"The cost ended up being a lot more then the 999.00 for the service they were offering.  I thought I could do my crawl space for the 999.00,  The person I talked to said that the ad did not represent the service well.   I thought I was getting what  I wanted only to find out that it would be a few thousand more.  I don't know that gentleman was misrepresenting the company, just maybe poor communication.   
I did not dig up the papers that have all the facts in them.  We are in the middle of moving and not sure where things are.  This is the best I can do from my feeble memory.

The rest a gave three days to respond, none of them ever did. So I called him back and said he had the job. He arrive when he said he would. Did the inspection in under an hour. And sent me a written report for my records. Only thing I didn t care for was a charge for his driving time, which tripled his fee. Everything considered it was worthwhile to know that our septic system was fine and we don t need it pumped, which can cost hundreds or replaced which is thousands of dollars. I do recommend this every 3-5 years."
