Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services."
