Not only were they prompt but extremely courteous and were able to drain the old tank and provide a new A O Smith hot water tank in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. He zeroed in on the problem very quickly. He came to my house the next day and made quick work of my problem . Steve was very reasonable fare and did a great job. I am having him do some more work for me . Heâ s a no nonsense type of guy. I have never met Steve before this problem with my pump ."
