"Out septic tank backed up on a Saturday and we called and left a message.  We quickly received an e-mail that advised us they had received our message and would call on Monday.  Also provided a number to call  if emergency service was needed.  They called first thing Monday morning and we set up an appointment for Wednesday.  Truck arrived at the scheduled time and the technician went right to work and explained what he had found, answered my questions, and made suggestions as he felt were necessary.
    A different technician was required to install the optional risers and covers we agreed to, and he arrived as scheduled on Friday morning to complete the job.
    We appreciated the office staff at Evergreen keeping us constantly updated as to the arrival times and costs.  We would definitely use them again.

He came out the next day and gave us a quote and didn't happen to have the parts on hand (we have an OLD house), but said he'd get back to us as soon as he could, even though he was fully booked for the week. He came back the next day and worked through lunch (thank you Vlad!) to get it done. And thank goodness -- the pipe actually split apart in his hands.
