"They provided a time frame of when they would be able to perform my septic tank clean out. Their service person called when they were on the way. He easily completed his job task with a pleasant easy going professional attitude. I’ll be calling them back the next time I need my septic tank serviced for sure."

"We hired Cooters to fix our septic tank pump and to pump out the septic tank. They were prompt and very professional. We will use Cooters for any of our plumping needs."

"We thought we had a sinkhole but Corbin determined it was a huge, old septic tank! In one day it was fixed. He communicated well and tried hard to repair grass spots that equipment dug into as well as smoothing out the fill dirt. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire again."

"Went very well. They answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I knew of the ins and outs of the new waterheater as our original was 20+ years old. No leaks months later and we are enjoying the hot water."

"Checked all plumbers here on AL and only called Rooter Fast, the reviews and high marks plus the deal they offer was a no brainer for me...Very easy to work with, wasn't an emergency on my end  so they worked me into their schedule.. can't recall the tech's name who came out but snaked main line but floor drain still not draining so he snaked that smaller line in the floor drain as well to make sure all lines were clear and flowing properly.. I bought thru Angie's List online with a deal for $69.. can't even rent a machine and do it myself for that price really..

"Well. I think that the estimate was fair in spite of the fact that I was very concerned. I felt that Leaky Cellar sensed and cared about my sense of urgency. Customer service (and Colleen by phone) was super. We have a part II to our agreement and I feel completely confident that they will do the best thing for my property. You know what they say about 'you've sometimes got to kiss a lot of frogs'...been there; done that, but The Leaky Cellar was the best recommendation I've received and I got their name from Certified Water and Mold Restoration, LLC. I highly recommend them, also. These companies do not take advantage of consumers!!!"

"Great service, showed up early & quickly resolved our plumbing problem!"
