Determined I needed a new t-pipe (or something) and offered to come back later that same evening to finish the job. The technician was really nice and got right to work and finished the job. Not sure if price was right or not, I didn’t shop around much but seemed fair."

"They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis."
