"They were on time, very professional.  Had to set system outside due to where the water comes into the house.  My husband was concerned about the stability of the tanks, but they were buried several feet in the ground.  One guy did all the work and was here over 5 hours, working nonstop.  Explained everything and I feel confident that if I need any assistance I can call them anytime.

"Called on Monday morning and had an appointment with Domic within 3 hours. Dominic listened to us about hearing possible water in the walls behind the shower. Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. He said he would be backed after the water is turned on to see if he could find anything. Dominic was great and friendly. Definitely would recommend them."

"Earl responded immediately to evaluate the situation and returned to do the work within hours after I purchased a new unit. Everything is working fine, and I would definitely contact him again if I have another problem that would require the services of a plumber."

"After speaking with Clay County Master Plumbing with my particular issue of a backed up septic system, Clay County Master Plumbing advised that a septic system specialist should be contacted. I appreciated their honesty and guidance as the technician I spoke with provided some suggestions of what could be causing the issue. It was nice having a company not try to charge me a service fee and waste my time trying to fix an issue."
