So not only was there distance involved, but the project on which Chris helped out involved replacing an old 3-bedroom septic system with an entirely new one, with the added complexities of having to reposition the water and gas lines which run from the street into the house, so that he could make room to install the new system. Chris took care of every detail. He made all of the arrangements with the gas provider to move the gas line, and he brought in his own very excellent plumber to relocate the water lines. He removed all anxiety from a project that I mostly could only handle from afar. Total job about 2 hours including observing the original tank, driving to purchase replacement tank and return with additional worker and finish install and remover old tank. I might of found a lower price to save maybe a few hundred but sometimes you get what you pay for."
