Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Fredericksburg, TX

"Our landscape design and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair."

"Even with hundreds of service calls, they kept me updated on a timeline for my repair and worked around their schedule to come earlier than expected. The tech was friendly, explained all the options and equipment to me and gave us several tips on how to maintain the equipment since we're newbies to having a well. Excellent experience all the way around."

"We have used Childress septic for over two decades for many septic installs for new construction builds, remodels and additions. They have always delivered on what was quoted and followed up on any maintenance items that come with not only traditional gravity systems but also on aerobic pump systems."

"Never had a better experience with any builder or contractor they came out to my property did a walk through told me what needed to be done and started as soon as they said they would. They quoted me a great price and offered some advice. They done everything in the time they said they would never had to wait always answered my calls I'd hire them again if I need them again. Good people great work."

"My husband and I moved into a house with a rain catchment system on it, with no idea how to run or maintain it. We reached out to Viking Water Well, after we couldn't find anyone else to come out and tell us why we suddenly lost water. It turns out our pump had burned up, because it was at the top of the hill pulling water instead of at the bottom of the hill pushing the water up, like it should have been. Sheldon came out, and told us what the problem was. We needed to move the pump and pressure tank to closer to where the water was coming from, and he was able to do that for us. When we decided to add an additional tank to our system we called them back up. They came out and in one day had a new water holding tank installed. They've helped us replace our UV Sterilization lamp, as we did not know what we were doing. Always friendly, always super helpful, and in my opinion fairly priced."

"They were very prompt in contacting me, came out the very same day, and got my septic system back in service. Really nice service man. He was very patient with me concerning all my wrong, preconceived beliefs about septic system service. I will always use them in the future and highly recommend them."

"Talked to Bret at Legend Plumbing and he scheduled for a Monday. They sent Bruce to find the tank and then pumped it. They are so awesome and very fair in the price. They keep me informed and did the job required. I am beyond happy with the service. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing as they are very professional and provide best customer service!"

"3 Plumbers & Dad LLC were excellent to work with. I needed to get a Pressure Reducing Valve installed because the PSI on the water pressure from the main line to the house was too high. I found them through Angie's list, and called to set up an appointment for the quote. They have a really user friendly reminder system so after calling I got an automated email with the date/time and they arrived on time for the appointment. After that initial visit Teresa sent me 4 quotes! The first had just the work I initially called about, installing the PRV. The other 3 had additional options based on their best practice recommendations - such as installing a Thermal Expansion Tank to prevent PRV discharge and replacing the flexible piping on my water heater with solder weld copper. Each quote had a different price point and thorough explanation of each component so I could make a well informed decision and pick the option that best suited my needs and budget. I chose to upgrade the project from just the PRV to the PRV along with the Thermal Expansion Tank and Copper piping. The install went very well, again sent me an appointment reminder and were on time for the install appointment. They were very professional and showed me the work and the new location for shutting off the main line in the event of an emergency after the PRV install. I highly recommend working with them, I will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!"
