I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

JJseptic had good reviews, phoned them and got Justin, owner, he was polite and very helpful - even sent me copy of the town record of our septic system - size, layout etc Justin and associate came out , checked tanks and pumped tank and cleaned filter.
