I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

JJseptic had good reviews, phoned them and got Justin, owner, he was polite and very helpful - even sent me copy of the town record of our septic system - size, layout etc Justin and associate came out , checked tanks and pumped tank and cleaned filter. Told me when next pump out needed. Having moved from a house with a two chamber pumped septic system everything Justin did and said made absolute sense. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."
