Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Gainesville, VA

"Rick Aits not only answered my initial call at night; showed up the next morning before 8am and diagnosed my issues. My pumping station pump and parts were over 26 years old so Rick replaced everything including pump, check valve, float controls, wiring outside box, wiring conduit and other miscellaneous parts the day after I was able to get both tanks pumped out. I couldn't be more satisfied with a 40 year pro with helper (20 years himself). I knew immediately that Rick knew this system inside and out and he even visually inspected my septic field and researched it at the county records. And for all that parts, materials and expertise his price was super reasonable. Thanks Rick and Mike!"

"John and his team were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Abbott’s for septic repair work."

"When we purchased our home, we learned that the previous owners had Mermaid Water install a water treatment and purification system, as well as the hot water heater. We have never had a home with well/septic or treatment/purification system. We have had Mermaid Water come out on several occasions and each time the technicians have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly and conscientious. They have taken time to not only service our home but they have freely shared their knowledge with us and helped us better understand how the water works in our home. We always feel like we got the value for our money and then some! Brent, Matchett, Jay...have all been incredibly helpful and friendly! The few questions/concerns we've had (mostly due to our ignorance), they have always been willing to follow-up and resolve and resolution has been 110%. Also, they have an amazing customer service approach with their scheduling and notifications and immediate appointments scheduled--you always know who and when they will be at your home, and we love this extra touch!! Thank you Mermaid Water! We HIGHLY recommend!"

"Chris, a plumber, was professional, timely, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process well before he started working on it. There were some challenges with replacing my sum pump, but Chris found the way to resolve them even though it took him longer than expected."

"The young man sent to replace my pressure tank was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. In addition, I did not have an emergency but my job was scheduled very shortly after the initial scoping visit and initial outreach from the company. Thank you."

"Incredible. I had installed a water filter system 8 years ago that provided adequate filtration enough to prevent toilet fill valve restriction. I had a water treatment company (no good)replace my filters because of the maintenance headache. They installed their filter treatment system and after two days my water looked like shit, literally. My toilet fill valves began to clog after about a week. After a couple of weeks with no resolving the problem it was time for a change. I contacted Waterboy and met with Roy and Rita. We agreed to make the change. That was on a Wednesday and on Friday they were there on time to remove my worthless system and install theirs. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. They flushed and sanitized my water lines after installing their filter treatment system. I can't believe that after a couple of flushes of my toilets they are now filling like they were prior to that previous, worthless, filtration system was installed. They truly know water treatment."

"Our basement flooded when both of our sump pumps failed. Tommy showed up quickly and replaced/installed both and saved our bacon! Terry also replaced a kitchen sink and front spigot. Both are skilled, professional gentlemen and we'll continue to call on First Choice moving forward. We couldn't be more pleased. Nice work, guys!"

"Replaced septic pumps, check valves, electrical boxes and pumped out tanks. They performed as promised. Good company."

"Zak is incredibly professional and the best plumbing technician we have had work in our home, and we have tried many over 30 years living in this house. Mary was also professional and an excellent communicator, making sure everything was arranged and we always knew the status. We required services more than one day, and everything was handled well and cleaned up spotlessly. Zak is intelligent, thorough and explains everything well. We highly recommend Beacon Home Services."

"1 crew dropped off the materials and the installation crew showed up an hour later (on time). There were two men that completed the entire new AC and Heating installation. Took them well past sun down, but they only ever left one time for lunch and stayed until the project was completed (about 930-10PM). They installed the new thermostat and took time to go over how to use it/set it and gave some tips on best practices. Very helpful. They cleaned up the entire project area once done and allowed me time to inspect the site before leaving. Excellent job. Only one (minor) mark against them was the removed the fence on the side of the house closest the the AC unit without ever asking permission to do so. They did, however, reinstall the fence once completed and the fence is as sturdy as it was before the removal. I get why they did it as well, but asking would have been preferred before doing so. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family and to you the reader."
