"we had multiple projects to get done, and Patrick called very soon after i posted the request. Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. Professional, courteous, friendly, took extra time to explain everything they were doing. "Dan kept us up to date throughout the entire process.  This was a big job.  The township requires the installation of a masher pump system to hook up to the sewer main.  This required him to do a lot of research and phone calls to the proper officials to handle the details of the hookup.  He returns phone calls right away.  He'll hook you up with the right people to handle other projects as well, such as when we wanted our septic mound removed and our yard flattened out after the plumbing work was done.

When I met with the Murphy's representative (Gavin) for advice and free estimate, I was impressed with the detail of explanation of options and the time spent answering questions and even looking at areas in the house not related to the repairs needed.
