"After arriving a bit late (though they were very good about keeping me updated regarding the delay), Tony was great about trying to help us identify the source of a leak causing a significant muddy area in the yard. When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it."

First let me say that Meeks are very professional.  When I set the appointment, the receptionist was extremely nice.. She gave me detail of the service and what to expect. She informed me that there would be a call thirty minutes before the appointment. Her details including pricing of expected and unexpected.  We did received a call exactly as she mention. I was not able to be home, however my spouse informed me of every detail.  He said that all was very nice and professional, Robert, Michael and Jason . Not only did they do such a great job, but they explained to  him of every detail of the job.  After the completion they allowed him to take pictures so that he could show me once I got home. Now that tells me that they are very sure of their work and have no hidden flaws to hide. Oh most important, they informed him how the transition would take place with the settling of the dirt in time. Not only was this company a pleasure to work with a discount was given because we used the Angie List Services. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family that need Septic services.

"Overall it went well. The next day they had a track hoe delivered to the home and started looking for the line in the back yard. They found it fairly quickly and opened up the hole and cut the line in the hole to at least allow us to flush the toilets and use showers. They took 2 more days to reconnect us to the sewer main. Overall it went pretty well and he charged me exactly what he estimated on Monday. My only hesitation was that I didn't have time to get 3 bids but that would have probably added another week to the schedule. Not much I could do though under the circumstances. He didn't try to gouge me after it took an extra day to complete. They arrived early on the last 2 days to complete as quickly as they could once the rented equipment was on site. Overall I am pleased and thought Adam and his partner were very ice and professional. I work in the engineering and construction business and understand there is not much certainty in underground work."
