"We are the 2nd owners of residence and did not know where septic tank was. He quickly located it and had the two cement caps off quickly. Checked for any damage as tank installed in 1990. Pumped out the septic did inspection and after cleaning septic , neatly covered the area after we marked it. He then doubled checked to see if we had a second tank on property . Courteous professional and answered all my questions completely. "I would give a higher rating if possible, my wife and I had our septic tank overflow and backup. Lucas came to our rescue immediately and found our septic lid was cracked, and the drain field was bad, he had the lid repaired same day and installed a clean out. That same weekend he came back and dug up our drainage field and installed a new one. The sense of urgency and understanding he had for us was unmatched. He didn’t even charge us extra for the emergency. Truly a great service!"

"My husband and I moved into a house with a rain catchment system on it, with no idea how to run or maintain it. We reached out to Viking Water Well, after we couldn't find anyone else to come out and tell us why we suddenly lost water. It turns out our pump had burned up, because it was at the top of the hill pulling water instead of at the bottom of the hill pushing the water up, like it should have been. Sheldon came out, and told us what the problem was. We needed to move the pump and pressure tank to closer to where the water was coming from, and he was able to do that for us. When we decided to add an additional tank to our system we called them back up. They came out and in one day had a new water holding tank installed. They've helped us replace our UV Sterilization lamp, as we did not know what we were doing. Always friendly, always super helpful, and in my opinion fairly priced."

"I contacted Legend Plumbing based on their high rating from Angie's List Subscribers. I called them on Wednesday to schedule service and they were able to schedule my appointment for the next day. Bruce showed up on time and pumped the septic tank as requested. I thought the price was a little high compared to my last pump out, but that was 5-6 years ago. Perhaps the increase was appropriate given the price of diesel to run the truck and general inflation. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing and Will definitely use them again."
