"D&L pump company was great to work with. I needed my well head located and my pump replaced. Their prices are very reasonable. Part of the reason for this is that they don't need a subcontractor to do digging. The entire process was painless. The guys came and finished up the job in about 4 hours. Plus, they didn't leave a huge mess for us to clean up when they were done. The well pump works great, and fixed our water pressure issue in the house! What I really liked about them was their integrity and character. For example, when Eddie came to give us a quote, our pressure relief valve on the tank was leaking, and he changed it on the spot, because "he couldn't leave it like that." He didn't charge us for it. Second, we needed less piping than he quoted us for, and he didn't charge us for it, and took about $100 off the bill. He easily could have charged us for the extra and we wouldn't have known. That's a company you can stand behind!"

On the day of the job, he arrived right on time and had made arrangements with another company to have my septic pumped out, prior to the repair work. Even though this was a relatively small job, Mark and his son who works with him, were professional and polite through the whole process.
