"The tank was at that time when for maintenance purposes it needed to be drained. With lockdown and some family returning home, the system was getting more of a workout. I called (Wed) and they were able to set an appointment for me the next time they were in my area (following Mon). I was scheduled for the 2nd stop, but unfortunately, due to an emergency call, I was bumped to the following slot. Upon arrival, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was set up and underway shortly after arriving. The process and clean up were effortless on my part, the technician took care of everything. They have done multiple services for and to my septic system over the years. I highly recommend them."

"Couldn’t figure out why was not flushing correctly, but when you have kids anything as possible. My guy came over and did everything he could assessing the situation and to find out, it was actually inside the toilet and not in the pipe. Everything was broken down, completely cleaned out. He even ran back out to the store to get me the exact seal that I needed to remount the toilet at no extra cost to me. But as always, you hook your people up when they do a good job. Cleaned up after himself very friendly, and very communicative of what he was doing. Thank you again, brother!"

"This was my first experience with well-drilling and sprinkler system installation. Phil explained the process and how the job would be done. I may have forgotten one or two things he told me but in the end I am a satisfied customer. The guys who dug the well were very knowledgeable and capable. The rest of the team that installed the sprinkler system was very knowledgeable, showed up on time and got the job done within a reasonable time. "From Lisa contacting me to schedule an appointment and giving me the quote I asked for to Dan showing up the same day ( I called at around 4PM and they showed by by 6PM) and coming to house to do the annual AC Maintenace, it has been an amazing experience. Dan explained everything as he was completing the job, recommended a few things to upgrade the system and went over their plan options as well as their $32 special for being 32 years in business. "I've used their service three times. The service they provide can't be beat. The first time I used them was after hurricane Irma when my pump head (I think that's what it was called) stopped working and the house started to flood. The septic water was not being sucked out the septic tank into the drain field causing sewage/water to build up and back up into our house. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and since the part I needed would not be available until the next day (Saturday) they pumped out the the septic tank given us the ability to use our water without it flooding for the night since by pumping out the septic tank it would have more space available to store waste. The next day they came out and installed a new pump. Everything worked perfectly thereafter. The second time they came out was because our water was backing up again which was about a year later. We were concerned since we just had the pump fixed. They came out the same day to access the problem; come to find out the switch to the pump had been accidently knocked into the off possition - probably by the lawn guys we hired. So he flipped back the switch and it started pumping and everything was well. We did feel a little silly. But everytime they respond to our calls we learn something new about having a septic tank. (By the way we are first time home buyers.) The next time they came out we had another leak which we later found out had nothing to do with the septic tank and the plumber who came out quickly isolated the problem. This time it was due to a leak in our shower from someone who had recently remolded our bathroom. They didn't even charge us the third time because they never had to dig which was a relief! So this time we got insurance involved and got our bathroom repaired, we needed a new shower pan liner, and now we are hopefully done with leaks. Ooh the joys of buying a new/old house. I am very grateful for Rooter One they are the best!!! I will always hire them for my plumbing needs and septic pump out. Love Love ❤️ their team."

"They were quick to respond and pump out our tank; however they were unsuccessful in detecting the underlying issue (needing a new drain field). This resulted in us paying them to install a tank riser and being out of our home for 3 weeks because the issue was the drain field. Now that I have a brand new septic tank and drain field, I would hire them again for only tank pumping."
