Due to our budget and the nature of our septic problems, we had the work on our system done in two phases, and from the first time he came to our house 9 months ago, through the completion of all the work we needed to get the system functioning correctly this week, Bryan was so helpful. He made us feel comfortable as we dealt with an unfortunate situation. He and his team excavated and reset our pump tank, completely redid the manifolds for our drip fields and corrected several other issues with the pipes going into and out of the septic tank. He is an expert in his field and never hesitated to share his knowledge with us, to answer any questions we had about the situation we were dealing with or to increase our understanding of our system. He is prompt with communication and never made us feel like we were burdening him with questions as we navigated the best way to resolve the circumstances we were working with. "Todd had great communication re appt and re: what needed to be done and why. He was on time, added an expansion tank, replaced my broken valve and installed a new regulator in well under 2 hours. The following week I asked him how to adjust our water pressure a bit and...he offered to come back and do it for us. Again, great communication re: the time of the appointment and he adjusted it in no time. He was also very competitive price wise w 2 other companies who gave me an estimate. "We were in the process of selling & during the inspection the buyer found a issue with the sewer. On a Sunday at 7:30 we sent a request on Angie's list for a plumber to return my call. True Blue answered me in less than an hour and we got scheduled within a day. I met with Anthony and he was able to diagnose the problem and get me a quote. We had other quotes and not one of them offered to clean up after the repairs. Anthony was absolutely the best to work with. We decided to get a partial sewer replacement and a waterline fixed. He was great at communicating everything to us and even sent numerous pictures of the progress. They did such a great job of cleaning up and even worked on the weekends to get the job done!! "Checked all plumbers here on AL and only called Rooter Fast, the reviews and high marks plus the deal they offer was a no brainer for me...Very easy to work with, wasn't an emergency on my end  so they worked me into their schedule.. can't recall the tech's name who came out but snaked main line but floor drain still not draining so he snaked that smaller line in the floor drain as well to make sure all lines were clear and flowing properly.. I bought thru Angie's List online with a deal for $69.. can't even rent a machine and do it myself for that price really..
