"Purchased my home 2 years ago. Called to have an inspection done. Was encouraged to have it pumped also. Caleb and Alex arrived and located my Septic System. It's a 1,000 gallon tank and about 90% full. Didn't know that they would have to use a Backhoe to dig down to the Concrete Tank to gain access for pumping. As professional as these young men were I followed along with confidence. They told me what to expect ever step of the way. As they were almost finished they noticed a potential problem with the opening to the Drain Field. Both spent over an hour or more gaining access to the second opening on the far side from which they pumped. In the end they finished up and I offered a Tip of which Caleb refused. I assured him that I would write an Excellent Review. Not only would I hire them again, I'm also posting to my Subdivision's Community Page. Great job Caleb and Alex."

"They were VERY quick to respond and fit our job into their already packed schedule. Septic tank troubles are never fun but it was a relatively painless process to get them out here and get the tank pumped out. They also helped us identify a running water problem which is most likely an inexpensive fix with a couple of the toilet tank parts."

"There was a prompt response to my call. He was most courteous with his introduction, which seems to be a dying art these days. These guys travel quite a distance to get here. He was in the process of lining up another customer so we worked on the schedule that gave me an estimated time of arrival. On the day of service, he ran into a delay. He did the right thing , he made a call. Polite as well , a refreshing change! On arrival able to locate the septic tank, no problem. He gave me an assessment and gave me options.. There were plugs in 2 areas .The filter needed to be cleaned out and flow valve need to be jetted or it would’ve backed up into my house. I ended up spending more money than I planned but I have peace of mind. I know that I won’t be leaving anything behind , any problem for someone else to handle .It will pass inspection and I don’t have to worry about holding up a contract or blowing a contract. "Better than expected.....after 20 years without any septic tank maintenance, I was referred to Raysseptic.com for services. Trevor quoted me a price that included digging the tank but I decided to dig it myself for the exercise. After a whole lot more digging than I anticipated, I called and reported my digging adventure to Ray and delivered a picturesque description of my results.....Ray said the digging was included and they use a Deere 17G excavator to do the work in no time at all. Ray stated that everything I described from my digging sounded normal and that Steven would arrive in the morning for the work. The next day, Steven arrived on time, surveyed my work, unloaded his Deere 17G excavator for some fine tuning to my dig and proceeded to expertly operated the machine to lift up my tank cover. After 20 years, I did not know what to expect but happily for me, the opening revealed nothing but water, albeit, very dirty water. Steven hopped off his excavator and moved to the edge of the tank. Leaning over the tank with his hands on his knees, he took a closer look. After a few moments, he raised his head, looked at me and said, "You're ok, we don't need to pump your tank." Somewhat puzzled I asked "why". Steven stated that by pumping out the dirty water, I would be removing the valuable enzymes that were happily eating away at whatever has been sent to the tank and that "healthy" enzymes are important to a properly working septic system. Somewhat skeptical I asked Steven to probe the tank to see if we quickly run into a thicker substance. Steven lifted his shovel over the tank and like a hot knife through butter, down it went...all the way down without the hint of interference. After 20 years of zero maintenance, I was stunned but I was getting ready to be stunned again...... Thinking that a discount was in order since no pumping was needed, I politely asked, "Well, since there will be no pumping today, what is my price?" Steven replied, "no charge". I was not ready for that one, especially in this day and age. Steven mentioned since he did not have to dig it open, he would not charge me for anything, he went further and said he would use his excavator to cover my digging. Raysseptic blocked out at least two hours of hourly time, rolled a very large truck maybe 20 miles to my location, burned several gallons of diesel fuel and could have easily gone ahead with the pump job and invoiced me for the going rate for a 1000 gal. tank but choose not to. One thing I'll say about Raysseptic is these guys have integrity. This was the first time using the services of this company. I will forever more request additional services should they arise and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the need of septic tank services and gleefully share this story. "I have rental properties and I have the septic tanks pumped every 3-5 years. I've always had the same company come out. This time I tried Angies list referral. My son is 27 y.o. Interesting but in all the years of using contractor 'B' they never cleaned out the complete tank. This company was able to 'save' two of my son's toy cars that he flushed when he was a little guy. My son was just disappointed the toy fire truck was taken away. ;-( Will def use them to service my other rental units."

"They were terrific from the 1st call to completed installation....all within four hours on a holiday weekend!!! . While we were initially interested in a tankless system, we changed our minds and selected a traditional water heater. "Did a great job. Well, I mean, they did a great job. I definitely was not completely, you know, like I said. It's working, the water's back on, the meters. I mean, I had a very bad leak on the system, and so they needed to To replace the entire water line from the shutoff. at the city all the way to the house and they were they they had to cut a trench to bury it and they were here there was three guys and they were here about Maybe two and a half, 3 h working, and they got it all done. So, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the war's back on. Everything's working. I can't complain. And they did it for the price that they did, because they, you know, they did, there was no price change or anything like that. So they did exactly what they estimated to be."
