"We had to wait a while because they had just been in our area. But when Tyler did come, he cleaned out our filter and educated us on changing the well filter, which the company who installed our well never even mentioned we needed to do. He was very courteous and I am glad we were able to wait for him to come. I will definitely call them again if we have any issues with our well. Jane Brown in Trade, TN"

"They are a father and son team. They show up when they say they will. They are hard workers and know what they are doing. My backyard was a disaster, very uneven, full of rocks/boulders and had a really bad slope. I couldn't mow it with my mower. I had to weed wack it. I had them come in and grade, fill and put top soil down. It looks fantastic and is now mow able. They also did a driveway for me. They are very fair with pricing. I highly recommend them."

"Quality work for a good price!"

"Grace septic contacted within 69 minutes of my inquiry -- we analyzed potential areas of concern & decided to clean my septic -- they came out within a hour and performed their services --- their quote from our conversation was the same when they arrived and cleaned my septic -- they we're professional studious and educated me as they worked - they instructed me as what I could do as a monthly treatment to protect my system and prevent undo costs !!! I was very very satisfied with their work and price --- what was more amazing is that this whole situation took place around 3pm in a SUNDAY --- folks that's what I call professional services --- thank you Grace Septic for everything especially not having to smell that oder any longer!!!!!"

"I had a sink leak that was getting pretty bad. I called Pinkston Plumbing to set up a time to come out and fix it. Dogu Pinkston called me before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. I always appreciate when service providers give a courtesy call. Doug arrived and quickly saw the issue with the S trap which was not installed correctly to begin with. He replaced the trap and cleaned out the drain since it was draining slow. That drain has not drained that well since I bought the house. He did an excellent job on the repair and was very friendly. I will consider him for all future plumbing projects."

"Was prompt. Took care of the clogged drain and cleaned up the mess. Thank you! I recommend S.S. Septic Tank Services, Inc. Price charged was reasonable."

"Cooper's is amazing. Derrick went out of his way to secure the pump he knew would be right for my mom. He was very professional, knowledgeable about his work. My 95 year old mom had been out of water for ten days at this point. The job was finished promptly and her pump and tank are working great. She is thrilled as am I. I couldn't have picked a better person to do the job and do it right. When my husband comments about someone's work and states it's the nearest job he's ever seen that's saying something. This was a first. So I knew it was done well. I would recommend Coomers to anyone. If you want quick service, good pricing and a friendly company they are most certainly your people. I loved them and will use them again if something should go wrong in the future. Give them a try I have a feeling you'll love them to."

"Wonderful! Family owned and everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with every person we met!"

"Very good call back and helpful to get you what you need. Was very happy with the next day service which is not always the case in East Tennessee. Highly recommend this contractor."
