"I had a clogged sink and when i checked into Homeadvisor.com, I got three calls. Two were receptionists and one was Martin calling himself. I liked him immediately from just a,short conversation. He said he could be up from Oxnard in 45 minutes which he was! He spent a while trying to unclog the pipe only to discover it was broken. He gave me an estimate and said he could come the next morning at 8:00 am to fix it. He also told me I did not have to go with his company immediately if I wasn't sure and to please feel free to check around and also check his reviews. I decided to go with him anyway because of his kindness and professionalism and later when I did check his reviews every one of them was 5 stars and glowing!! They all reconfirmed my impression of him. Martin, Efraim, and Jose all came promptly at 7:55 am and worked tirelessly to fix my pipes.
